Clear off particles or residue from the contact surfaces of the heat source and heatsink.
Apply an appropriate amount of thermal grease (ZM-TG1) on the heat source, that contacts the heatsink, then spread evenly.
Install the heatsink.
Use only as thermal grease.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contacted, flush with water and get medical attention if irritation persists.
Do not ingest or put into mouth. If injested, do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and seek medical attention.
